Hi, I’m Priscilla Grier — a wife and mom to two sons, with two dogs and one cat.
I’m a full-time special education instructional assistant and a faith-centered photographer on the side. I am passionate about both.
Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I was born three months premature, weighing just under two pounds. As a child, I carried a photo of myself in the incubator everywhere and would study it during recess, fascinated by the story it told. Years later, after I lost that photo, my grandfather brought home a box of National Geographic magazines that deepened my love for images, storytelling, nature, and people.
Some of the most meaningful photographs I’ve ever taken were documenting my oldest son’s open-heart surgeries at three days old and again at two years old, and capturing the everyday moments with both of my boys. Those experiences taught me that photographs are more than pictures — they preserve what can never be recreated.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve continued learning and photographing lifestyle and documentary stories: families, newborns, couples, wildlife, and nature. Whether it’s a wedding day, a new baby, or a bird at sunrise, I shoot every image from the heart.
Most importantly, my faith is at the center of everything I do. I believe God weaves purpose into every life and beauty into every season. Photography is one way I celebrate His creation, preserve meaningful memories, and serve others.
Thank you for being here. It would be an honor to tell your story.
With gratitude,
Priscilla Grier
